Lil' More Syd

Sydney did not exceed expectations previously so I didn't anticipate much, but my final day in this area of the country turned out okay. I checked out of my hostel and walked around the city until it was time to catch the bus.

ANZAC Memorial with a couple iris aka what I've deemed "trash storks" 

First thing on my list was decent wifi which is IMPOSSIBLE to find (apologies for the late postings). I hung around the State Library of NSW and mooched as much as I could while exploring their exhibitions. The main one was a tribute to this Sunbaker photo and had lots of 70s lifeguard butts 👍. My kind of exhibit.

I left right before Sydney's LGBT Mardi Gras festival and freakin festival it is! There's a massive parade and basically the entire city celebrates - so I've heard. Oh well. At least I got this cute pic?
